SFO car rental company Momma has opened its doors to the public for the first time.
Owner and founder of Momma Car Rentals, Michelle McBride said: “We are delighted to open our doors to our new customers and the public and are looking forward to the opportunity to showcase Momma’s expertise and the quality of our vehicles in their own homes.”
McBride said she was happy to open her doors to customers because she wanted them to know that she is a mom and a car owner and wanted them not only to enjoy the benefits of the vehicle but also to be able to see her own vehicle in their garage.
“It is important for us to be upfront with customers to ensure they are getting value for their money and we are keen to share our knowledge and expertise with them,” she said.
She said she also wanted to create a positive atmosphere around the company.
“The key to a positive experience for our customers is being upfront and honest about our vehicle, how it works, what features are included and how we can help you improve it,” she added.
McBride, who started the company with her husband, Brian, said she and her husband wanted to take a risk and take on the risk of not having a garage and not having to worry about what to bring for maintenance.
“That is something we have never really thought about in our lives,” she explained.
“We just want to give the customers that option.”
McBrides mother, Samantha McBride, has been an avid motorist for 20 years and said she would not have been able to afford to buy a car without the help of Momme.
“I have never been in a car that was not on the road,” she commented.
“My husband was a bit of a road nut and we had to drive our children to and from school, he would always bring a couple of kids along with him.”
Mcbrides husband, Ian, said that she would have to look for another car if she did not want to rent a car from Momma.
“She is the most experienced driver we have had in our life, she knows how to do a great job and she will drive a really nice car,” he said.
“This has been a long time coming for us.”
McBRides mother said the company had recently expanded its range of vehicles and would be making a statement with the launch of its first full-size SUV.
“In this space we have really been pushing the envelope and we know the customer base is there,” she noted.
“Our vehicles are the best quality and the best price we can offer.”
